Yiannis Tsantilas is the founder and Managing Partner of Owliv Investments, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, and private lending across Canada and into the U.S. He also leads Owliv Wealth, providing insurance, wealth planning, infinite banking strategies, and tax-efficient corporate structuring to help clients build and protect long-term wealth.
With a hands-on background as a general contractor and investor, Yiannis brings deep operational expertise to every deal — from renovations and project management to private capital raising and deal structuring. He's an active voice in the investor community, speaking at events and building networks across Ontario's real estate and financial services landscape.
